Delivery, Pickup and FAQ
At Scarsdale Flower Boutique, we do everything possible to provide fresh, beautiful, seasonal and quality florals to all of our clients.

How can I order fresh flowers?
You can place your order through our online shop here or are welcome to shop with us in person at our boutique at 7 Harwood Ct in Scarsdale. Our specialists are happy to help you put together a custom arrangement in person.
You can also give us a call at 914.723.0852 or 914.723.0858 and we're happy to take your order and work with you on a beautiful arrangement over the phone.
What is your pickup and delivery policy?
We offer free in-store pickups. We offer delivery in Scarsdale for a flat fee of $12. We also offer delivery within a 15 mile radius for a fee of $18.
All orders are delivered within 24 hours of submitting your online order.
In the event that no one is home to receive your flowers, we will leave the flowers in a safe spot on the doorstep. Once the flowers are left, we do not make any guarantees on flower quality or reception so we highly recommend that you make sure someone is home when the flowers are meant to be delivered.

What is your return policy?
All fresh floral purchases are made to order, and therefore are final sale and we do not offer refunds.
